In this context, the ICEX VIVES Programme has become a key initiative for connecting young professionals who wish to gain international work experience, adding value both to companies and to the participants themselves. At Aguas de Valencia Internacional, we currently have several ICEX VIVES profiles integrated into strategic international projects (including those starting in February):
Qatar, where a young participant has successfully joined the team and has had their placement renewed — a reflection of their strong adaptability, commitment and professional contribution to the company.
The incorporation of profiles such as Finance Support, Junior Process Engineer, Procurement Engineer, HR Support, Junior Process Engineer and EAMS Engineer, who actively collaborate in key areas for the development and management of international projects.
These experiences allow young professionals to apply their academic knowledge in a multicultural and highly specialised environment, while also bringing fresh perspectives, innovation and analytical capabilities to our teams.
